Paulo Boaventura

Paulo is an experienced multi-sector investment professional with more than 20 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Asset Management, Fund Raising, Structured Finance, and Restructuring in Europe and South East Asia. Before moving to Singapore in 2017, where he has been working as a consultant, Paulo was an executive board member (CFO) at an asset management company incorporated by the central bank in Portugal to manage and sell distressed banking assets (real estate, non-performing loans, and majority and minority shareholdings in financial regulated companies) located in Portugal, Spain, and Brazil. Previously, Paulo worked for two boutique investment banks advising corporate and financial sponsors executing mid-market corporate finance and structured finance deals in Europe, Portuguese Speaking Africa, and Brazil.
