Review all the marketing materials and guide the GP from an LP perspective in preparing all the key marketing materials, including the main Fund deck, PPM, DDQ, Data-room etc.
Avenue’s Due-diligence
Selection of the GP based on a detailed review and assessment of the fund proposition, including investment strategy, team, track record, deal pipeline, portfolio value-addition through reference checks etc.
Investor Introductions
Introduce the fund to all the relevant investors across the target region, and organise introductory conference calls and meetings/roadshows with interested investors
Follow-up and LP Due-Diligence
Follow-up and manage all the discussion between the LPs and the GP on a timely basis, and actively involved in the investor’s due-diligence process
Closing
Advise the GP in the fund closure negotiations and coordinate all the closing and post-closing activities
