Ittai Dissentshik

Ittai is a seasoned fund raising professional with more than 15 years of experience in private fund placement, investment management, investment banking, corporate finance and corporate law. Over the years, he has developed a strong and diversified investor network across the Israeli market.  As a private banker, he led investments in Israeli VC funds and international funds (RE Debt, Healthcare and others), from local institutions and private investors. Ittai was previously working as a PE Investment Manager with Poalim Capital Markets, a fully owned subsidiary of Israel’s leading bank – Bank Hapoalim, where he was part of the team managing a portfolio of $1 bn invested globally in PE and VC funds. Ittal holds LLB and BA degrees from The Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel and is a licensed attorney
